Breaking Pattern

Breaking Pattern is an interpretation of many cultures, from ancient traditions of Africa to India, to a more contemporary influence of current pop culture. The works are pattern riddled articulations of her mind, compelling and erratic, mind bending psychedelic fodder.

Breaking Pattern represents an eclectic taste and a literal interpretation of the struggle through the creative process. The show is open from Friday 24th April to Thursday 7th May.

Miss Darq

Miss Darq is the alias of artist/designer Ashleigh Darq. Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria Australia.

Ashleigh Darq completed her Diploma of Visual Arts at Chisholm Tafe in 2011 and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Fine Arts at RMIT.
